In Response to the public's increasing demand for active participation in personal healthcare decisions, PA Labs, LLC is pleased to offer Personal Access Testing (PAT). PAT allows you to save money and receive the lab tests you need with or without a physician's order.
Whether you order your own tests or have a physician's order, PA Labs will provide you with fast, friendly, and reliable service.
We work with you and your physician cooperatively, and encourage you to make an appointment with your physician to discuss your test results.
**All blood specimen collections are subject to a specimen collection charge of $5.
PA Labs is not responsible for interpreting your results, providing a medical diagnosis, or administering treatment. We strongly encourage you to make an appointment with your physician to discuss test results.
Health Fair Profile
PA Labs , as a community service, is offering a Health Fair Profile at a reduced fee of $15.00 (cash or check only).
The HEALTH FAIR PROFILE is a blood test panel that includes test for: Lipids (cholesterol), triglycerides, HDL - "good" cholesterol, LDL - "bad" cholesterol, Iron, Glucose, Liver Function, and Kidney Function.
Being informed about your health provides opportunity for improvement. We suggest that you share your results with your physician.
